Hand made in East Sussex from unpasteurised goats milk, this soft British Goats Cheese is rolled and matured in ash in accordance with a traditional French Sainte Maure recipe.


The logs are matured for 4-5 weeks, to develop a tangy flavour + creamy texture with a velvety-white coat. Now recognised as one of the best natural-rind goat cheeses available. Only the milk from their own herd of goats is used to make this popular cheese.


Delivery


Deliveries are made by courier on a 24 hour delivery. They are sent with ice packs + strong packaging to keep them cool. Choose your delivery date upon checkout
