Made in Dorest, this colourful little cheese has a natural rind encasing a wonderfully smooth textured semi-soft cheese. It has a ripening period of around 6-10 weeks which creates a range of natural flavours. The natural rind varies from batch to batch as it responds to seasonal variations in the natural flora of the environment, this all builds to give Tilly Whim it's wonderfully distinctive flavour topped with 'earthy' and 'nutty' notes.
