A soft white mould-ripened cheese, made in a traditional camembert shape. It’s made using unpasteurised cow’s milk, and traditional animal rennet. This cheese has a wonderful soft creamy texture inside when ripe but the paste doesn’t tend to run, and has a thin white rind with a ‘mushroomy’ aroma.
