An artisan, unpasteurised cows' milk cheese from Lancashire. Made using milk from Friesian Holstein cows. Created using a natural culture & initially matured for a minimum of 6 weeks.
This produces a cheese that is mild, creamy + slightly crumbly. Matured for up to 12 months to produce a fuller & more rounded flavour. Cloth bound & butter finished, developing a unique rind, encapsulating the cheese's texture & taste.
How This Cheese is Delivered
