Delivery Policy

Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 working days subject to stock availability, and no longer than 5 working days.

Delivery is made by one of our own refrigerated vans, where possible.

If you live in an area outside of our own van delivery service, we will use a courier, normally APC - Priority Express, to deliver your cheese. When this is the case we package your cheese with ice packs and make sure its extra secure. 

Delivery costs are £7.50 for all deliveries under £50. All orders over £50 will receive free delivery. These rates are only available to deliveries to the UK mainland excludes the following postcodes (AB10 - 56, FK19-21, IV21-63, KW1 -14, PA21 - 40, PH15 - 50.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days depending on stock availability and customers chosen option on substitutions (see terms and conditions regarding substitutions for more information). Deliveries are made Tuesday to Friday. A delivery date that suits you can also be chosen, earliest delivery for theses orders is 2 working days lead time.

Upon checkout alternative delivery instructions must be given & a telephone number in the event you are not in to accept the goods. These instructions can be, but are not limited to the following examples “leave by side near gate” or “leave at number 12 Harberry drive” (as long as it is a close neighbour on the same road/vicinity). Without this alternative delivery instruction due to the nature of the goods we will be unable to process the order.
