Returns & Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel an order the order must be cancelled on the same day it is placed.

For cancellations within a shorter period please contact us directly on 01963 441146 or by email. If the order has already been accepted cancellation will not be possible.

In the case where you are unhappy with your order either due to damage, product issue or error please contact us within 24 hours and we will endeavour to put right any issues.

Returns are only accepted if the goods are damages. All damaged must be reported by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving the order. If the item is returned to us but is not in its original and unopened packaging we reserve the right to refuse a refund. All deliveries returned must be accompanied by original delivery slip.

We are unable to accept responsibility or refunds with incorrect delivery addresses, unopened parcels, delays caused by weather conditions, or gifts to recipients who are away or unable to receive the goods.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thecheesemarket.co.uk.
