Isle of Wight Blue
Produced in the Arreton valley in the heart of the Isle of Wight. It is a naturally rinded soft blue cheese made entirely from Isle of Wight milk. Round and weighing 180g it has a deep creamy flavour with even blue veins that providing a deep nutty blue cheese.
The cheese has been a multiple medal winner at the World, British and International Cheese Awards, most notably winning Best English Cheese at The World Cheese Awards.
Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
