The Longman's have been Farmers and cheese makers for over 200 years in the heart of the lush pastures of Cheddar making area of the West Country.
Vale of Camelot Blue is a specially made blue cheese manufactured to a bespoke recipe that gives a softer tasting blue with not too strong flavour allowing the consumer to still taste the creaminess of the base cheese.
Made in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire to Longman's own recipe, this is a lovely blue cheese. It is soft, creamy and mellow in both flavour and texture, a truly delicious cheese that is enjoyed by all. It has a wonderful bouquet and is very enjoyable with a deep, full bodied red wine or claret.
Made with pasteurised milk. Vegetarian.
